IMG invests in and partners with authoritative and innovative managed services, SaaS and IT security companies. Since 1994, we have been working together on critical infrastructure for socially relevant organisations.

We believe that technology is the foundation of a safe and well-functioning society. That is why we invest in companies that focus on protecting and maintaining the availability of critical IT infrastructure. From cloud and hosting to cybersecurity and disaster recovery.

IMG is 100% Dutch-owned, self-financed and independent. As a family of companies, we combine the strength of specialisation with the benefits of collaboration. Each company within the group has its own expertise, but together we offer a complete range of IT services.

Our history

• 1994 - Founding of Intermax
• 2015 - Launch of Guardian360
• 2017 - Investment in Bizway
• 2018-2022 - Launch of NFIR, Gridly and Guida
• 2024 - Acquisition of i³ Groep
• Today - 7 companies, 7 locations, more than 275 people

Locations

Our headquarters are located at Schouwburgplein in the heart of Rotterdam. In the summer of 2026 we will be moving to a new office at the Coolsingel. We also have offices in Zwolle, Eindhoven, Bodegraven, Den Bosch and Rijswijk.
